History of the Tussy Mussy:  In the 19th century Queen Victoria set a trend of carrying floral bouquets with her wherever she went.  Soon these flower holders, called by the name "Tussy Mussy" became the rage and women carried them as they went visiting friends or strolling in the public gardens.
