Sleeve -  fair, still has cellophane but it's well worn around the edges. Top right corner is splitting at opening. Inner sleeve - label advertising stock sleeve,  good condition, no splits but has discoloration from age. Record - good. Labels are clean. Record visually look pretty nice. Side 2 track 1 has a mark on it. Play tested that area and it is prone to skipping. Also background noise on first tracks on both sides. It subsides further into the play thru.
