ICOM IC-745 50C/90C THERMAL SWITCHES (FINAL TRANSISTOR PROTECTION 2SC2904)

• This listing is for Two (2) Thermal Switches from an Icom IC-745
• These mechanical switches and handle enough current to run the internal fan on many radios.  The 50M comes on at 50 degrees C to supply 12 volts DC to the fan and the 90M activates at 90 degrees C and tells the radio to reduce power and protect the finals.
• These make direct contact with the final transistors (using the mounting screw holding them in place) and sense the actual transistor case temperature.  The leads are in an open state when cool.  When reaching a preset temperature, the leads have zero resistance continuity.
• Great to have as spares, or for a home brew project.  Perfect for 2sc2904, 2sc2879, MRF450 MRF458 or other power transistors.
