This is an unusual 1946 American Royal Souvenir. I guess you would call it a planter or vase. Kind of small to serve as either - just more a collectible dog decoration.
American Royal 1946 is written in gold paint on the back side of the planter.
The planter/vase measures 6" x 4 1/2".
