I'd say the book is in fairly good used condition with some obvious visible wear.

The interior pages are still pretty clean and crisp with moderate sign of yellowing.

Some spotting on the interiors of the front and back covers is present.

There's just one interior page with a very small tear (see photo).

The binding is still tight and spin is pretty clean with moderate visible creasing.

The front and back covers of the book show some signs of wear consistent with the book's age, but still displays well.

Some cardboard creasing is present.

There are also signs of wear from use and storage on the corners & edges of the book.

This book came from a private collection, so it's not a former library book.
