Listed as pre-owned, but it's basically "new".  It sat on a shelf in the original box in our smoke free home after getting as a gift several years ago.

It was taken out of the box initially to look at it and then not again until photos taken for this resale.  See photos. Airplane appears to be In perfect condition. Box is in very good condition with the exception of a little wear at end where the plane was removed. 

I do not know why it is called a "metal coin bank" as it does not look like a "bank" so suppose that is a term that a true collector would know. It is a very nice looking advertising airplane for a child or collector.
