Please check the thickness of the shell (≤5mm/0.2inch). No metal rings or magnetic pads are included.

Try disconnecting the charger, removing the cable from both the adapter and the charger, or try using a different USB-C cable.
Silicone cases for iWatch and AirPods can cause charging problems. It is better to take them off before charging.
