You are looking at a Bob the Builder Friction powered Travis From Born to Play. Friction Motor doesn't work, but still is push able, the exhaust moves up & down as Travis drives along.The back piece that would attach Travis's trailer is bent, but doesn't affect play, please see pictures for details.
