Four of the books have the copyright date © 1997 and one of the books has the copyright date © 1996. The pages do not easily fall open all the way and feel like they may have never been fully spread open as would be found with a new unread book. The books vary in condition with all or some having aging, yellowing, discoloration, scratches, nicks, dings, bending, bumped corners, edge wear, curling to the corners, creases, and general wear (see pictures).
