The affixed stamps and cover were initially cancelled "PORT ANTONIO / 16 AP / 29 / JAMAICA" (April 16, 1929) with a Perforated Blue Registration Label (reading "R, Pt. Antonio, Jamaica No. 808") along with a "R" Cancel in an Oval and other registration markings added to the envelope.

Transit markings include: "KINGSTON-JAMAICA / AP 17 / 29 / REGISTERED" and "NEW YORK, N.Y. / -4 -23 / 1929 / REG'Y. div.". The cover also shows arrival markings of "CAMDEN MAINE / APR / 24 / 1929 / REGISTERED."
