8mm? Vintage Cine Film Amateur Home Movie Reel - Alesund Norway 1982?

This appears to be a vintage home movie of a harbour and boats [as far as I can see using a loupe]. The label says Alesund 1982. 

Reel is approx 7.5cm x 1.2cm. I believe its 8mm colour film but that is a best guess as im no expert.

Item is in vintage used condition with obvious signs of age, use, marks and wear. I dont have a projector so item is sold as seen and may be different from subject advertised and also may need attention. Please see pictures for condition before purchase, thank you.  [Can is for scale and not included]
