DOUBLE Confetti Celebration Popping Exploding Balloon Bomb

3ft (36") sized latex balloon, in black x 2

A fabulous start to the celebrations and a great photo opportunity, when you pop this giant balloon you get slow falling flutter fetti which floats down slowly and little baby balloons burst out from the balloon, slowly falling and then coating the floor.  

Simply pop with a long stick with a pin on the end, not supplied (such as a garden bamboo cane, stick etc)

Can be used inside or outside. No helium required.

4 blocks of flutter fetti confetti in white (biodegradable)

2 x Length of ribbon to hang balloon
