This is a 13" tall Paddington Bear golfer.  The shoes and bag are present, but there are no tags.  The bear is in excellent condition with no stains, tears, rips, etc. 

I believe it was made by Eden in the late 1980s.  My son was born in 1987, and this was given to him when he was very young.
