Niva has a No Quibble Returns System designed to give you and us a good way to manage returns.
You can make return because:
1. The item arrives late.
2. You changed your mind.
3. Is the wrong one item.
4. It is damaged on arrival.
5. Something went wrong after fitting it.
6. Under complaint or for any other reason - call us first.
How do I return an item?

Without a Returns Materials Authorisation (RMA) number we cannot accept a return.
Please follow these essential steps carefully a trouble-free return:
1. Notify us by email or phone that you have a return request.
2. Give us full details of why you want to return it.
3. Obtain and note carefully the 4 digit Returns Material Authorisation Number (RMA no.) we give you.
4. Address the package in the way we show below and pack the item carefully in all or as much as you have kept of the original packaging.
Make sure no damage can occur during return delivery.
Put the sender's name and address on the back of the package. Use a tracked delivery for safety.
We can resell perfect items. Include any invoice numbers and dates of purchase.
5. If the item is damaged for any reason before installation, before the return please take some photos.
Send a note to us with the photos and full details of how the damage happened so we can advise you further.
For goods that are damaged after installation you will need to send us the following documentation:
a. Details of who installed the item.
b. Copies (scans or good quality photos) of all invoices from the installer which show what procedures were used in the installation, what
items if any were purchased in addition to the item Niva supplied.
c. Proof of compliance with the installation instructions Niva supplied with your purchase.
d. Proof of compliance with the installation instructions recommended by your car manufacturer.
7. If you have any problems with fulfilling the points above - call us before making a return.
