THESE ARE THE SMALL TO MEDIUM FIT.

I'm wearing the Large /Extra Large in the pics and am a size 18/20 around the waist, hips & thighs.

They certainly hold you in, but at the same time are still comfy, & you can still move around & breathe in them! Haha.

**NOTE.

I will say when you put them on to pull them up like you would a pair of tights...

They are very stretchy, but you also don't want to put your nails or fingers right through the fabric when your pulling them on.

They will with wear mould to you shape too.
