As the temperature for RPi increases, the fan will react as follows: belows 50°C, the fan will not rotate at all (0% speed). When the temperature reaches 50°C, the fan will rotate at low speed (30% speed). When the temperature reaches 60C, the fan speed will increase to medium speed (50% speed). When the temperature reaches 67.50°C, the fan speed will increase to speed (70% speed) and the temperature will reach 75°C. , the fan speed increases to full speed speed)
The fan does not rotate at low temperatures, which is a normal phenomenon;
