You are responsible for shipping your unit to our facility, and we provide return shipping. Your carburetor is fully disassembled, hot tank and sonic cleaned. Any rust or corrosion will be stripped off, and your carburetor will be shaken to a high gloss finish with an aluminum oxide finish. The main body of the carb is resurfaced to ensure a proper seal to the intake. Main bodies will be put on a vacuum bench and checked for vacuum leaks around shafts.

Your carburetor will be flow bench tested, and ran at every aspect: idle, mid-range, and wide open throttle. This ensures proper fuel flow from idle to wide open throttle.
