 vintage women's clutch

A rare vintage item - a black clutch with a knotted,  lock on a nickel-plated clasp, presumably produced by the Moscow Leather Goods Factory named after MUD. There is no doubt that this is a creation of the Soviet leather goods industry: lacquered leatherette, moire silk inside, moire pockets and the remains of a cut label. Evening version with a special Soviet chic! The handbag was called the beautiful, magical word "reticule"! Currently of more interest as a collectible, although 100% functional. This is the beginning of the 50s - the time when, after the Second World War, fashion turned to the most feminine, luxurious items - including handbags, which now screamed with their whole appearance about the carelessness of their owners and their desire to return to the pre-war lifestyle. Thanks to Christian Dior, the clutch bag, which had already become fashionable in the twenties and thirties, also returned. Clutches - small envelope bags were worn clasped in the palm of your hand or held under your arm.
Product size: 22.5 x 13 x 3.5 cm.
The handbag is very effective rich black color, the leather is decorated with an imprint. But the clasp deserves special attention - a proudly towering bakelite cameo, which is a collector's item in itself! Bakelite latch size: 30×16×10mm.
No frills - a classic lady's for a girl with a refined taste!
good condition, as for a thing that is about 70 years old, a millimeter loss is visible on the corner (miorti photo)
A cute collectible item that you can wear with pleasure! The fashion for these bags does not go away over the years, they become relevant, delighting both their owners and collectors!
