John C. Moore was the head of Tiffany's from 1907 to 1947. This Copper Coffee Pot, Pot Stand and service for cream and sugar was designed by Mr. Moore himself. This set was sold exclusively at Neiman Marcus in 1937. It measures 16.5" in height at the top of the wooden hand-carved handle (when placed upon it's stand). The stand incorporated a wicked well to hold fuel which can be adjusted to heat the Coffee/Tea/Contents. It comes as shown in the photos with matching service for cream and sugar. The set is aged and tarnished but has no indication of serious neglect or abuse. There are only minor dings and all prominent ones are shown int he photos. An extremely rare, complete offering from a bygone era of craftsmanship and the legacy of Tiffany's.
