interoffice Hallmark Cards letter from 1968 discussing the production of poster paper dresses. Also included is a rare candid photo of a design "Soul" . Do not know if this design ever made production but it is fantastic!

Purchased at the estate sale for the late graphic designer. This memo was written by a graphic designer in the art department of Hallmark Cards, Inc.  While designing beautiful greeting cards for the caring public, she also designed President Eisenhower’s Christmas Card and President John F. Kennedy’s gift-wrapping paper. The memo is written to Robert McCloskey who was the Director of Contemporary Design for Hallmark in 1968
