This is a vintage preowned item that does show signs of wear. There are areas where the velvet is worn that are highlighted in last two photos. There are areas on staining inside the armpit areas. This dress looks different depending on the lighting, either dark red/burgandy or near black color - I have tried to capture both appearances in the photos.
