Takamine is a domestic brand that has been supporting music scenes and artists in Japan and around the world through the production of guitars for over 50 years, based on the concept of "manufacturing, sound production, and human development." We continue to inherit the guitar-making know-how that we have cultivated over many years, and continue to produce a variety of guitars in the world at our factory in Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture. Domestic Takamine guitars have established a solid position as electric and acoustic guitars all over the world, and are used by all kinds of artists both domestically and internationally, trusting their quality. This device is a special specification "TDP400KV" USED product made in 2016, of which only 50 pieces were produced at the time. Cedar top, Hawaiian koa sides and back, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard and bridge, gold pegs, and a subdued satin natural color. This one features a New Yorker style with a small body shape, slotted head, and 12F joint. The touch response is fast, and the flexible and plump sound unique to cedar tops. It matches well with the light and bright tone of the core material, and produces a pleasant tone that you'll want to keep playing. The 42mm nut width and slightly sharp V-shaped neck grip are great for those who don't like the wide necks that have become mainstream these days. The pickup is equipped with a TDP with vacuum tube preamp specifications. Simply turn the knob at hand to add thickness to the line sound and create a warm tone with presence. In addition, a variety of functions are condensed at hand, such as a FREQ control that allows you to set the frequency to be corrected using the MID control, and a NOTCH filter that allows you to arbitrarily cut howling points. In addition, this unit has an additional contact piezo pickup, which outputs the airy feel of a live sound. You can enjoy more natural sound. There is a slight shine to the area where the pickguard was previously attached. Due to the thin satin finish, there are some dents and scratches on the head, top, back, and neck of the body, but these are superficial and do not affect use. Neck/playing condition is good. Since the number of units produced was small, some people may have missed out on buying it when it was released. This is also recommended as an electric acoustic guitar that can be used seriously and has good handling. Comes with original hard case.
