This is The Eye of Istar William Le Queux hardcover published by John Long. I would describe the condition as acceptable. There is a tear to the cloth cover on the edge of the spine, the corners are worn and there are marks to the cover. Inside the book there is brown spotting and browning to the pages. There are creases and turned corners on some of the pages. Please look at the photograps to see these and the general condition of the book.
