1999 Simplicity pattern #9078 Girls Retro/Gothic Dress and Vest Size 12-16 Uncut

This is a Simplicity pattern #9078, Girls retro/gothic dress and vest in sizes 12-16. Dress A & B with full skirt gathered to bodice at raised waistline seam have back zipper, gathered front bodice, gathered cummerbund with back hook & eye closure, optional braid trimming and pleated sleeve variations with contrast pleat underlays and optional piping. A has short lined puff sleeves gathered to bands; B has short lined puff upper sleeves gathered to bands and lower bell sleeves. Long lined Vest C has princess seams, back train, and optional novelty braid trimming, purchased tassel and front hook & eye closure.

Envelope shows some light wear. Pattern is in new, unused, and uncut condition but it looks like part of it has been refolded.
