I've listed everything on this site as 'Buy It Now', simply for the reason that some folks add a product to the cart and when they do, eBay takes it off my listings. That's fine for a lot of buyers as they are honest. But then you have folks that leave it in their cart and don't pay for it. This can go on for days.
So with our products, if you find more than one item you wish to purchase, I will combine shipping for you if you message me ahead of purchase. You can put two or more products into the shopping cart. Then choose the 'Go To Cart' button and at the top you'll see a link to send me a message. Message me from there and it will show on my end what you are wanting to purchase. I'll figure out a price to ship out all the items in one package and send you back an offer. It will be at a reduced price and you can either accept it or decline it. I normally keep an eye on eBay from 5am to 7pm eastern time, and will respond as soon as I can.
The majority of our products are shipped priority mail by the United States Postal Service(USPS). But USPS does have size and weight limitations, and for those products we sell above the limitations, we ship with either UPS or FedEx to your location.
Those shipping carriers will handle our larger items, like Microwaves, Toaster Ovens, etc. Again, this will be in the listing when you decide to purchase it. We will choose the best, and least expensive of the two, depending on your zip code when we get your order.
One way or another, you'll receive a tracking number as soon as the product leaves our warehouse.
For Apparel, Ladies or Mens, all items must be returned in original condition. That means all tags must still be present and attached. If you have removed the tags, or say washed the item, you should not expect a full refund. As per eBay's policy, I'm allowed to deduct from your refund a certain percent, as I won't be able to sell the item with tags, making the product a little less desirable.
Please, if you have any questions or concerns about the item you receive, contact me first before issuing a bad feedback. I will do everything I can to make you happy if you just give me a chance. That's always been my policy if I get a product I'm not happy with, when I buy something on eBay and the web, and it's a great way to get things resolved.
I would appreciate it if you would look the product over carefully and make sure it is as expected. If there is a problem, please notify me within three days of delivery and send along a photo of the problem if you can. I will take it back and issue you a refund if it's something we can't work out. Item has to be returned to me first in its original packaging, including packed for safety and original tags in place. No exceptions to this requirement.
My Lady and Myself have been living in this same location since December 1989. We live in the NorthWest portion of Pennsylvania, in McKean county. There are more animals then people, we have no interstate road near us, just out in the country.
I've had my own business in one form or another since the mid 70's, so I understand that dealing with people is more an art than a science, especially since this eBay business is not 'face to face'.
My main business was always in construction, whether building new homes, remodels or general handyman. For the last 12yrs of my 'working' life, I was the construction/maintenance manager for a chain of convenience stores. I think today there are over 40 stores, so it was quite a chore.
My point with that part of my life is that when you see in a listing that I have 'Tested' a product, I've actually done it. I have a section of a door to test locksets on. I have a 'test track' to run vacuum cleaners to make sure they work. With eBay, there is no way to last here by giving wrong or false info to a buyer. Unless there is a true 'Factory Seal' on a product, it gets opened up to make sure everything is there to pass it along to you. I also take pics so you can see what the 'actual' product looks like. If it has marks or blemishes, I'll show them.
