The fantastic album is an illustrated history of the Polish Army in the USSR, the Polish Army in the East, the Independent 'Carpathian' Rifle Brigade and the Polish 2nd Corps. It was created in 1943 from various units fighting alongside the Allies in all theaters of war and was a major tactical and operational unit of the Polish Armed Forces in the West during World War II. It was commanded by Lieutenant General Władysław Anders and fought with distinction in the Italian Campaign, in particular at the Battle of Monte Cassino, in May 1944, and later - the Battle of Ancona and the Battle of Bologna in March 1945, this volume shows unique photos, documents, equipment, badges, uniforms, medals and many more.

The text is in Polish but in the times of Google Translator it's not a problem and more fun - for sure.
