Letting us know the personalisation for your order is a simple process. When you are placing your order, during the checkout process, please use the ‘MESSAGE TO SELLER’ and make sure to add it once you have written your details. Remember to include the text, font number and colour you'd like.
If no font or colour is requested, we will send it out in the default font 10 and in black. If we do not receive the personalisation text in the message to seller or via a message sent, we will message you to ask for the personalisation details. We will not send out the product, we will make sure to get the text details before sending.
Alternatively, you can message us with the details after you have purchased the item.
Please note that we will copy and paste the details over from your note or message, so please ensure that you put the details in exactly as you require it (including the use of punctuation, capital and lower case letters etc.)

Transfer Instructions
You will receive this decal on backing paper with transfer tape on it. (from medium and larger, each line will be separate to help you transfer it neatly.)
Clean the desired surface well before starting.
Peel the transfer tape together with the vinyl carefully (you may need to press the transfer tape down to make sure that the vinyl lifts off with it.)
Apply the vinyl together with the transfer tape on to the surface and press down well.
Carefully remove the transfer tape, making sure that the vinyl stays in place
We will only reply to messages and enquiries during normal working hours, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

DELIVERY
- We ship items out as soon as possible and usually within 24 hours, although this cannot always be guaranteed.
- Items are made to order, so depending on how busy we are, orders may take an extra couple of days to process.
- We always update you if there is any delay to your order.
- We will notify you when your item has been dispatched.
- Our items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery from dispatch.
- You can upgrade to 1st Class during checkout.
- We only dispatch orders Monday - Friday.
- If you do not receive your order within 7 days, please let us know.
- We will always endeavour to make sure you receive your order.
- We do our best to ship your product as quickly as possible.
- However, please remember that there maybe a delay in delivery on the carrier's side.
- In 95% of cases, orders are delivered on time.
- However, please be patient if your item does not arrive on the date specified by eBay.
- Ordering at the last minute carries the risk of not receiving the product on time.
- Unfortunately, we have no influence on delays on the part of the courier company, for which we sincerely apologize.
- We cannot accept returns for delayed shipments because all our orders are personalized for you.
