A large number of my items are preloved and described as such in the condition description. 

Any major defects will be shown in the photographs or description.

• Brand new: The item was never opened or removed from the sealing. The item is in original shrink wrap (if applicable). 
• Like new: The item looks as if it were just taken out of shrink wrap. It has no visible wear, and all facets of the item are intact. Slipcovers may have small imperfections, dings or dents
• Very good: The item is used but still in very good condition. There is light wear on the exterior of the item and to the disc/sleeve. Slipcovers will have dings and dents or other imperfections.
• Good: The item is used but in good condition. It may have damage to the case, including scuffs or cracks, or to the item cover, including scuffs, wear, scratches, or cracks. 
• Acceptable: The item has obvious and significant wear but is still operational. There may be tears or holes in the packaging.

How long does it take my ship my order? 

Please allow up to three working days before items are shipped and collected by Royal Mail before they are sent onto you.  

Do you accept offers?

Unless a listing has the but it not option, offers are not invited on listings so please do not ask. 

How much is International Postage? 

We have no control on eBay's Global Shipping Programme. The Import Tax, Customs and other charges are all calculated at the checkout.
