1. We recommend having multiple microSD cards for reducing the chances of losing footage since memory cards do wear out over time.
2. Some of the listed capacity is used for formatting and other functions. And the actual available capacity for data storage is less than what is listed on the products.
3. U1 or U3-listed cards work very well for general, everyday matters. However, if you are into shooting 4K videos, moving up to U3/V30 will suit you better.
4. When the new MicroSD card is used for the first time on the driving recorder, it will prompt to format or initialize the memory card, which is a normal phenomenon.
5. During recording process (high current, voltage) sometimes prompts to format. If there is no important file content, click formatting to continue normal recording.
6. The format of 64G and above is exFAT.
7. Please confirm the card slot size supported by the device when you purchasing. If the micro sd card does not match, you can select auxiliary equipment such as adapters for operation.
