Outer conditions exactly as shown, general wear to cover.

The binding is listed in acceptable condition.  It's good w/ light wear to page 146 where there is cracking, then few pages are detached, then the binding is good again until page 202, where there's cracking and then pages detached (in two parts) until page 227, then the binding is good again until the end (280 pages).

The pages are in good used condition.
