I have here for sale a 8X  original vintage, classic title PUFFIN BOOKS  listed below. ALL are the first editions published between 1949-1977 by PENGUIN BOOKS.

2.SUSANNAH OF THE MOUNTIES by MURIAL DENISON, published in 1949 - first edition, ( with loss to the lower corner of first page)

3. FRIDAY'S TUNNEL by JOHN VERNEY, published in 1962 - first edition

4. AT WILLIE TUCKER'S PLACE by ALISON MORGAN, published in 1977 - first edition

5. HILLS END by IVAN SOUTHALL, published in 1965- first edition

6. THE MASTER by T.H. WHITE, published in 1964- first edition ( PEACOCK BOOK) 

7. PROFESSOR BRANESTAWM'S GREAT REVOLUTION by NORMAN HUNTER, published in 1977- first edition

8. THE LITTLE WHITE HORSE by ELIZABETH GOUDGE, published in 1963- first edition

These books are in generally good condition, all have been read - covers demonstrate this. Page corners a little thumbed. Some penned names and scribbles on the inside of the covers / title pages but generally pages are clean and bright. All remain tightly bound with no loose or missing pages.  Please see the photos for the condition. 

Postage and packing : I know that you will be looking forward to receiving your order, each book is carefully wrapped in packing paper ( I have changed from bubble wrap to try and reduce my use of plastic) and posted in a Jiffy bag if size permitting, if not it is double wrapped in corrugated cardboard, brown paper and then securely taped. 

To keep the cost of the postage down to the most economical level per book, you may consider buying more than 1 item from my eBay account. You can then request a combined postage cost and I will combine the items into the fewest parcels as possible - saving you money :)

 

My main posting days are Monday and Thursday ie. If you place an order and payment is received after Thursday 12.00 noon your order will be posted out on Monday.
