Please remember to add the child’s name and font/font colour in the notes when sending request. 

If the personalised name is not provided within 2 business days the item will be sent without name.

Surname can be added at an extra cost of $5.00


Item Care

Machine washable, however brighter colours such as red may run upon first wash. 

It is recommended to add a 1/4 cup of salt to the wash cycle to prevent this.

Postage is FREE via regular post. However we will not be responsible for lost items once in the hands of Australia Post. For an additional $4.00 we offer Registered post for peace of mind.

Refunds/Returns
If personalisation of the item is incorrect due to a fault of Jazzeira Designs we will replace it free of charge.

If details are incorrect due to a fault of the purchaser it is the buyer is responsibility for cost of replacement.
