Postage

We will aim to dispatch items within 2 working days of receipt of payment, if you are buying in bulk please be aware that it may take several days to package all the items. Buyers will be notified when items have been dispatched and provided with a tracking number. Collection is possible - we are open 10am-4pm Monday to Friday. If you have purchased more than one item, delivery costs will be adjusted if we can fit multiple items in one box.

Returns

The Turing Trust accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase if a fault is found with the item. Items MUST be returned in suitable packaging  e.g. with enough bubble wrap and boxed. The purchaser is responsible for any return postage costs and please note, we do not refund postage costs.

Condition  of equipment

Please note that our items are used unless stated otherwise. There likely be signs of wear such as scuff marks and scratches that cannot be easily seen in the photos provided. We will do our best to accurately represent the condition of  the item. Laptops may come with aftermarket power supplies. We cannot guarantee the life of the battery on any Laptops outside of an estimate. Where applicable the BIOS battery health report will be given.

Computers come with a clean operating system with an Out of Box Experience (OOBE) configuration. Ready to plug in and use.
