Size 2.5 (14) Perfectly Slimming pull-on style ankle pants are black with blue fabric with stretch and have front pockets. Waist is 34” and inseam is 26”. Rise is 13” and leg openings are 14” around. Hips measure 20” across the front from side to side. So nice!
