Made from rice koji, steamed rice, and groundwater, fermentation progresses with the power of the rich solar energy of the southern country.


Its mellow and rich flavor is born from domestically produced rice and becomes even more flavorful through long-term aging.


If you use it for cooking, you can use it as it is. If you intend to consume it, dilute 20ml to 30ml per day with about 5 times the amount of water before consuming.
