RARE Antique Spoon November 6 1900 Silverplate? Sterling Silver? Palm Tree Handle

Up for sale is this unique & gorgeous spoon! Not sure if it’s silver or silver plated. Feels heavy. No maker’s mark.

Bowl: etched group of cabins and a fence, a small mono on the bottom.

Handle: beautiful and very realistic palm tree.

Back: "November 6 1900"

Condition: great clean vintage condition. Please see the pictures.
