All of our items are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon - Fri - Working Days), after the payment has been cleared. Any items that have been ordered on any Friday after 14:00, the Order will be dispatched the Next Working Day (Monday - unless a Bank Holiday, in which case the Order will be dispatched the following Working Day)

We at EMPARTS provide the following Delivery options:

✔ Free UK Shipping - Standard Service - This Delivery option can take up to 3-5 working days for the item to be delivered with in the UK.

✔ Express Shipping - Next Day Delivery (Working Days ONLY) - This is an additional option providing Next Day Delivery (additional charges apply depending on the Item/ Order and the Delivery Destination).

We only Ship to UK Mainland Only

We accept Payment via PayPal only. If you do not have a PayPal Account you can still pay with your Credit / Debit Card, but this will be through PayPal ONLY.

We are a VAT registered company, and all the Item Prices within our store are including VAT. We can provide VAT Invoice / Receipt to buyers upon request.

Any refunds on any Order will be done through PayPal only. The refund will show up in your PayPal account within 24 hours but it can take up to 1-2 working days for the refund to show in your Bank Account. For more information on PayPal Transactions please visit PayPal UK.

Once the refund has been done through our side, a confirmation can be sent upon request.

Please note that items cannot be dispatched unless the Payment has been cleared.

We provide a 14 days no quibble, Money back guarantee for any items returned back to us, if not required. This applies only if the item is in the same packaging as it was when delivered, with all seals intact (where applicable)

If you have received a Faulty / Wrong item or incorrect quantity, please let us know about it via Phone or E-Mails, and we assure a resolution within 24 hours from the time of receiving the error / problem report. Please do not consider a low feedback for an Order, but consider giving us an opportunity to re-solve any errors.

If the item received is faulty from the date of receiving it, please return such items back to us within 7 working days. Please contact us before processing any Returns.

We will refund postage cost only if item was sent in error or faulty, otherwise return postage will be paid by the buyer. Items must be returned using a tracked service only.
