The quick disconnect fitting on the machine itself will not snap together with the solution tube fitting (coupling). It has a little rust inside where the ball bearing are so that may be the problem. It is a common fitting on the machine that just unscrews and should be able to find at most hardware stores (it is part 22 when you google SC6075A parts diagram- quick release assembly).
