International Shipments will reflect actual costs on Customs Forms. No Exceptions! 
Duty fees imposed by the buyer's respective country's Customs Department are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds are accepted if by any chance the Buyer is unhappy with the grade of the comic(s) due to being damaged in shipping. Any change in grade of the comic from its listed grade is SOLELY due to it being damaged in shipping. The Buyer accepts this upon purchase of comic and when notifying any problems/damage to the comic(s).

Before any refund is issued, The Buyer is responsible to provide photo evidence of the damaged area(s)of the comic(s) and the packaging box of the comic(s). The Buyer must also sign and date a Claim Form to be sent along with the returned comic(s) back to Gobias Comics.  Claim Form will be provided by and filled out by Gobias Comics - The Buyer is ONLY responsible for signing and dating the Claim Form. By purchasing any comic from Gobias Comics, the buyer agrees to these terms.
