For graded cards, the case usually has minor surface scratches.

For raw (un-graded) cards, condition is similar to at least NR-MINT (or better) unless otherwise noted.  

Please note raw cards bound to have some minor imperfections (surface/whitey/chipping/etc).

We're not responsible for any grade result for raw cards.

Shipping (worldwide):

>> We will use Int'l Express shipping via Kurasi(DHL) $35.00 (USA/Australia/Europe) & $30.00 (Asia) with real-time tracking number and delivery confirmation. This is the default shipping service we use. Delivery time is around 4-8 days. 

>> For Item value below $500 we can offer Economy Registered shipping $14.00 via Kurasi(UPS/ USPS) for buyer/address located in USA (United States). Please be patience to wait for the package to arrive, since the delivery time will be around 2-3 weeks time.

>> We cannot ship to United Kingdom, Canada, Africa's countries, and PO Box address.

>> For local (Indonesian) address: we use JNE for shipment. Shipping & handling charge Jabodetabek is $1.50 per package. Non Jabodetabek is $2.50 per package. 

>> Tracking number from Kurasi is integrated with Ebay and will be uploaded automatically once package is sent.

>> Manual tracking can use this  : https://id.kurasi.co.id/tracking 

>> If buyer win multiple items, please wait for invoice before make the payment since we offer combine shipping and need to combine/adjust shipping fees for the total items won. We offer combine shipping (for all auction items which ended within 5 days time), without any additional charge for regardless how many cards you won. 

>> Please put the address information clearly, since we won't be responsible for incomplete/un-deliverable address.

>> We ship within 2-4 days after cleared payment received. 

>> We will leave a 5-star rating feedback for you after tracking shows items delivered. 

Refund Policy: 

>> Any issue regarding the purchase should be brought to us within 3 days after received date. 

>> We require the item to be returned for full refund, and we will refund within 4 days after we receive the item back. 

>> Since we are international seller, therefore we can't buy/arrange return shipping label in buyer's country. Hence buyer is responsible for arranging the return shipping and submit the shipping invoice for us to reimburse the shipping fee. 

Payment: 

>> Max 3 days after auction end. 

>> Non-paying buyer will be blocked from all future auctions.

>> Any custom fees and taxes will be on the buyer's responsibility.
