We offer a friendly and efficient service when buying quality used parts. 

Delivery 

Express Delivery will only be available in Mainland UK Only not Ireland ,wales or Scotland where additional charges and time frames apply- shipping charges for pallets to Scotland, wales and Ireland is at £125 and will required to be paid for prior to dispatch

All orders paid before 3-PM will be dispatched the same working day except items requiring shipping on pallets.

Economy Delivery orders are available in the UK including the highlands and Northern Ireland at additional charge 

International orders are shipped via eBay's global shipping programme. We also send items outside eBay's global shipping programme  (Prices upon Request) 

Collection

Item's can be collected from our premises strictly click and collect .

Warranty

All parts come with a 30 day warranty 

All parts are security marked, removal of this mark will invalidate your warranty.

If the item is faulty you will be required to send the item back and we can either replace or refund your money.

All parts supplied

All parts supplied are taken from a used vehicle, may show signs of wear and tare. All parts are checked while on the vehicle and will be checked again before dispatch. we do not guarantee seals and gaskets on mechanical parts and advise on replacing with new units .

Alloy wheels 

All alloy wheels are inspected for damage for cracks or buckle, and tyres will be left on the rims, however they are not guaranteed or charged for.

Bumpers, Panels & Bonnets

These parts are from a used vehicle may have scuffs and scratches. Please see photo's for condition ( Please be aware not all marks can be seen on photo's and we do not guarantee colors or parts wont need to be painted )

Suspension

All our suspension parts are removed from used vehicles, and inspected thoroughly for excesses play,leaks, or damage.

Lights

All Bulbs supplied with lights are not classed as part of the light and are supplied free of charge. Therefore any bulbs that are not working on arrival will not be guaranteed. 

Engine and Gearbox

all units have been tested by ourselves before removal and a qualified mechanic and after removal .All engines and gearboxes are sold bare minis all ancillaries, unless requested if we choose to leave them on the units we do not charge for them so also do not warranty them . we do not guarantee labor only our parts. all details are kept prior dispatch or handover on collection via photos and serial numbers of our units to keep a log of the exact item as is shipped out .
