Notes: A scarce original 1920s or earlier flush lamp with a body of solid copper with a silver-plate finish and a chased decoration that lends an unusual snakeskin-like texture to the surface. It is paired with a period geometric glass shade with etched panels.

The lamp has been dismantled, cleaned, given a protective coat of museum-quality microcrystalline wax, has been brought up to modern safety standards with a British-made earthed B22 bulb-holder, and is ready to install.

The lamp hangs from a belière suspension bracket and accepts a single B22 bayonet bulb.

Condition Report: Some gentle wear to the silver-plate (see photos), and minor surface wear to the glass shade, but overall in excellent condition for age.
