Up for sale is an original WWII production M1 Helmet Front Seam shell and later OD #3 Korean War Era liner that is a perfect candidate for restoration to either WWII or Korean War Specs. There is a service that does this if you send in the helmet to them, and these are the exact type of shell/liner they use for the jobs. There are also replacement products including paint, suspension rivets, liner clips, and vent hole rivets sold by the same site. I do not have any association with them but have heard nothing but good things.

Things to note:

Scratches through the finish on the shell on both sides from storage, looks like some interior discoloration from a liner around the perimeter.

Heat stamp is visible as 883A.

Liner has a few edge cracks but they are minor with neither being long or showing entirely through.

Has service member's number and name painted on the inside.

Shell called B2 just for my personal inventory. Nothing significant.
