We accept payment via PayPal or check. Paypal is preferred, however. Payment is expected to be received within three(3) days of purchase. Should you purchase more than one(1) item from us here on eBay, payment is expected to be received no later than three(3) days following the purchase of your last item that is going to be shipped in the same package as other item(s) ordered. I consider my shop a brass boutique and always ensure my packages are packed to the highest standard of care. Getting it shipped to you safely is my highest priority. I try to ship your items as soon as possible but the same day or next day is not always possible. I do offer combined shipping at no additional cost. Only one item will be charged shipping unless both items feature free shipping.

Products purchased from us can be returned up to 14 days after your receipt of the item(s). The product or products must be in the EXACT condition as per the photos and all packing and materials must be returned in the condition you received. The item(s) must be able to be re-listed here on eBay as they were when originally listed and purchased by you.

I am Adam of BrassBasement.com. We are located outside of DC and thus orders placed with us from within the contiguous 48 States usually take no longer than 2-4 days once shipped. I have over 15 years in the model train hobby and 10 years almost exclusively dealing in brass. They are works of art and I try to present them as such.
