This is a used-good-condition Shine Bright Princess Luna from My Little Pony G4. 
Figure is 3" tall (including horn) with tinsel hair. This toy has wings that light up, 
has batteries and works fine. Also, the legs are jointed.
Has original saddle.
The toy is clean and in pretty good condition.
