Rack Striking 30 Hour Longcase Clock.

William Clarke is recorded working in Long Buckby 1795-1807. 


A rare complete and undamaged rack striking movement even the sprung repeat lever is still present.

Untouched for many years and a little dirty but no obvious damage, ticks away and strikes with a little pressure but untested, sold as seen for restoration and not guaranteed.

 Complete with original steel hands, a good bell, chain, wooden pulley,  weight & pendulum.

Width base: 16.5 inches.
Dial: 12 x 12 inches.
