For UK domesticorders we offer Royal Mail 48 as our default service. This service takes approximately 2-3 working days.

For Europe and the rest of the world, we offer a fully tracked service with Royal Mail. This service takes approximately 7 - 9 working days.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please pack the unworn/unused item in their original packaging and place the purchase invoice in the box with a note confirming whether you require a refund or exchange. If you are requesting an exchange please list the item name, size and colour. NOTE: Please do not tape the returning shop box, wrap the box in paper or place in a mailing bag or outer box to ensure the shoe box reaches us undamaged.
