Tested and fully functional. The unit is in overall good condition. The PSU may show some scratches and signs of use. The PSU comes with power cable, (1) CPU, (2) PCIe 8+8, (1) SATA 4, (1) ATX  cables(please see pictures). The package comes with everything seen in the photos. If the accessories or any other items are not pictured, they are not included.
