Description - A vintage 1940s 50s Silver Paper Napkin

holder, with a romantic scene and floral decoration, 

it has a tiny mid-century Israeli mark on its base, it

has been silver tested and qualifies as Silver, its

silver fineness should be silver 800.  

It is not marked but is around the 1950s Israel made.

Condition - with some tarnish, but in good condition.
