Parisian Hot Chocolate is one of the MOST DECADENT ways to drink chocolate. We currently have 17 flavours to choose from, all using real couverture HIGH QUALITY chocolate (meaning it contains a high amount of cocoa butter to help it melt.)

The Parisian range is our most popular; it has a more rounded flavour and you don't need to use as much to get the same flavour (when compared to a Belgian style which tends to be rather bitter and needs sweetness added to it.)

As with all OUR drinking chocolates, you’ll find a medium to high cacao content. Not only does this provide a decadently creamy texture, but it also lets those deep chocolate notes through!

To get the most out of your Hot Chocolate, we recommend preparing it with our at-home hot chocolate machine, which we have listed under the title MILK FROTHER this works even BETTER than the Velvetiser™.

Our HOT CHOCOLATE MAKER is far easier to clean as it goes in the dishwasher and also have FOUR different settings:

1. HOT MILK🥛PERFECT FOR COFFEE/LATTES OR WARMING MILK FOR BABIES 👶🏼

2. HOT CHOCOLATE 🍫

3. HOT FROTH

4. COLD FROTH

However, you can also whip up a warming mug of hot chocolate on the hob.

To use the Milk Frother or Velvetiser™:

Pour 220ml of dairy or plant milk into your Velvetiser™.

Sprinkle around 30-35g of hot chocolate flakes in ……

Press the button and let the Frother or Velvetiser™ work its magic.

In few minutes, you will have a barista-grade hot chocolate to enjoy.

You can still use this if you don’t own a Velvetiser or any hot chocolate maker, simply add the 30-35g to a saucepan containing 220ml of your preferred milk and stir until dissolved. Please do not boil as this will spoil the delicious taste. Or my friend even make’s hers in her microwave 😉

Just add your choice of milk or dairy alternative, plus drinking chocolate curls, to our in-home, barista-grade hot chocolate machine. Press the button and it will meld them together to create a cup of velvety, drinkable milk chocolate.

INSTRUCTIONS – HOT CHOCOLATE

1. Pour 220ml milk* into your Velvetiser™.

2. Sprinkle in the chocolate flakes.

3. Press the button and let the Velvetiser™ work its magic.

INSTRUCTIONS – ICED CHOCOLATE

1. Fill half a glass with 100ml milk* and a generous amount of ice. Leave to chill.

2. Add 120ml milk* and the chocolate flakes into your Velvetiser™.

3. Pour the velvetised chocolate into your iced milk, watch it meld. Stir well, savour.

*Your choice of milk or dairy alternative.
